We offer a ‘no surprises' approach to fees so you know exactly what you are paying for. Village fees consist of a small lease contract processing fee, a security deposit (which should be refundable on departure) and monthly contract installments that includes all utilities (water/sewer, gas, trash, Internet, basic cable television, and an electricity allowance).
